In fact that idea of reaching the pinnacle is sad in its own way. What are you to do then? How can you continue to feel that way unless you constantly looking for the happiness and joy that changes, even small ones, can bring to your life - a new book, a holiday in an unknown land, a new type of tea, learning a language. It's not striving to be better or suggesting that things are wrong, but an attempt to explore and have faith that seeking new things will bring new outlooks on life and happy. To see life as a big adventure and to retain that childish sense wonder in world.

And so, I nominate Thursdays to talk about the things I love, what inspired me this week and what I've enjoyed. It may be mundane at times, others short but hopefully it will make me examine my life more carefully and recognise it for what it is - wonderful and full of opportunity to do more.
