And another year has passed in my life. I'm a year older and hopefully a year wiser as well. The birthday celebrations are being extended across the entire period of my two week holiday back at home which makes me one lucky and extremely spoiled girl. Yesterday's birthday meal unexpectedly included my uncle and aunt who happened to be staying with us for the night before flying out to Italy on holidays. A unexpected pleasure.
Being at home is wonderful. I can't even begin to describe the good times I've had thus far and it isn't even one week yet. And yet it's going far too fast. I'm starting to see the end of the holiday looming. I'm not going to look in that direction though, I'll just keep on enjoying!
