Hurt feelings.. I got hurt feelings

Anybody out there a Flight of the Concords fan and remember that song from Season 2? It's funny how a simple careless remark from someone you care about can render you hurt and searching for a suitably flippant response in a public arena.

It's a salutatory lesson to me to watch my own words in public. Nobody likes to have hurt feelings, and fighting back tears in public is even less fun.
