Happiness

This weekend was note-worthy for a couple of different things:

- starting Christmas shopping at the earliest date ever. This was a new and novel experience for me;

- having the laziest Sunday in quite some time. There was a lot of sleeping, eating and couch napping;

- booking our flights to South Africa! We are going for two weeks in March and I am already so excited I can't stop reading the guidebook. If anyone has any tips for Capetown or its surrounds please let me know; and

- getting quotes for crater hiking in the Tanzanian highlands in January. I wonder if I'm fit enough but I am certainly going to give it my best shot.

That made it a good weekend. Here's hoping everyone else has something making them equally happy!
