I'm feeling a little bit shaken as I had a tiny bit of a crash this morning in the Dar traffic. It was my fault too as I reversed too hard and knocked into the car behind me with spare wheel on the back of my car. Nobody got hurt and the damage was minimal to the other car, so it shouldn't cost me too much.
Just another warning not to get too complacent in the madness that they call traffic here. I was flustered by the presence of a policewoman, by the speeding traffic, the number of cars building up behind me and then by a pedestrian who stepped in front of my car just as I started to put my foot on the accelerator. All in all breaking someone's light instead of kiling a pedestrian was a winning situation.
Back to hyper aware driving!
