Bad, no-good week

I find it hard to believe that it is only Tuesday evening. This week has already knocked me down and then kicked me a little bit.

I won't go into details because it all involves my work, me being unhappy with my job and my company then giving me some bad news today that makes a mockery of all the hard work and effort that I have put into my job over the last two years.

Sigh. There have been tears. Then I moved beyond tears and I am just frustrated and annoyed. The cross-trainer in the gym really got worked out today. Physical exercise. Always good to work it out in the gym.

Hope everyone else is having better weeks.

  1. I'm told that exercise can be a great stress-reliever. For me, it's something to endure, but I must admit I usually feel better afterwards. I've succumbed to a pre-Christmas cold and am feeling suitably miserable as I contemplate everything that I still need to do before we fly out two days before Christmas. Look after yourself at this crazy time!
