the life of the unemployed

In my current enforced state of unemployment I must confess my days are filled with:

~ playing with the dogs;

~ making the new house feel like home - white curtains or green or yellow? I love this post about using green at decorology;

~ eating excessive amounts of chocolate digestives and pineapple;

~ watching excessive amounts of daytime tv - films, soaps, interior decorating;

~ pool time;

~ naps;

~ baking treats - isn't this picture divine? Combining my love of shoes and sweet things;




~ anticipating opening the parcels that arrived yesterday for my birthday tomorrow;

~ pretending to be a lady who lunches among the real ladies who lunch;

~ swimming, walking the dogs, lifting weights;

~ jumping on James when he gets home - who knew the working day was so long?
