I've been a bit absent here recently. Between travelling for work and one of the most hectic weeks I've ever endured in Tanzania in terms of work, and having a mildly active social life, I just haven't had the time to sit and blog. Oh, and James took the internet modem with him on his work trip so I couldn't anyway.
Tomorrow I get to go to the goat races. Goats... racing... or so they say. I've seen pictures and it would appear they are shepherded along by a big bar as goats by nature don't run in packs in the same direction. They don't strive to be winners. I'm pretty sure they are just looking for their next snack.
Which brings me to my next thought. We are hosting a pre-goats brunch. A boozy pre-goats brunch. What shall I give them to snack on? I better start musing on that problem and wish you all a happy weekend.
