We just made the most fantastic oatmeal pancakes for breakfast. Well, it was more like lunch. Our friends talked them up at dinner last night and after waking from the excesses of last night we couldn't think of anything better for breakfast. The recipe is from smitten kitchen and it is delicious. The pancakes are also very filling so be prepared to be extremely full.
We're also thinking about going to see Iron Man 2 this evening. I haven't seen the first one but James says it'll be fun so we'll give it a go. It's not like Dar has a huge amount of choice in its cinematic viewing options so I'm happy to try.
It hasn't rained yet today which makes me very happy. Sunshine makes me happy! As do oatmeal pancakes! Make them.
